Each lot has been designed to have sufficient high ground for a primary structure, a separate hangar, septic, well, and access via driveway and taxiway.

The development will have  20 lots of an average size of 4.5 acres that are ready-to-build for sale in late 2019. Each lot will have deeded access to the grass runway via taxiways that are maintained by the Aero Club. Aero Club dues also pay towards plow services and road maintenance. Lots will be accessible via a 22' wide Class 5 gravel road and have utilities brought to the property boundary at the time of purchase. Wetland delineation information for each lot will also be included as part of any sale in order to aid buyers in the selection of a build site and submit as part of any Land Use Permit application.
